You are only permitted to apply to one category at any given time. Once your application has been submitted, it will be presented to the screening committee for consideration. You will be notified of the results of the screening committee recommendations once they have been presented at a General Membership meeting for balloting.
On the next screen, you will be asked to provide several documents, including a formal letter of intent, an up-to-date resume, a photograph (head and shoulders of reasonable quality), and three or more signed letters of recommendation dated within 12 months of the submission date (form letters not permitted) from members in the department to which you are applying. Please also review your certifications and ensure the list is complete and nothing has expired.
Applications must include all required documents. Your application will be declined if any documents are missing, inaccurate, incorrectly completed, unsigned, undated, or if certifications have expired.
We are currently accepting Makeup membership applications.
Please specify in your Letter of Intent if you are applying to Makeup or Prosthetics or both.
The application submission deadline is Friday, April 24th.
