Mandatory Requirements
- MINIMUM 200 days worked as a Script Supervisor in Motion Picture Production within the last THREE (3) calendar years from your date of application in long-format and episodic productions as the main unit/key Script Supervisor.
- MINIMUM ONE (1) Feature Film or MOW AND ONE (1) Series as main unit/key script supervisor within the last THREE (3) calendar years.
- Script Supervisor Resume following sample format - please indicate type of production, number of days worked, position (key, 2nd unit, daily, Script Supervisor assistant), and include names of directors, editors, production company etc.
- List three references, including a Director, Picture Editor, and a Script Supervisor, as well as their phone number and/or email.
- A sample of your work.

Recommended
- Completion of a Script Supervisor workshop or seminar with a minimum of THIRTY (30) hours of education. (Certificate of completion or letter from instructor is strongly recommended)
- Daily and/or 2nd Unit experience (union and non-union work)
- Experience in short format, commercials, music videos, student films
- Proficiency in a digital script supervision program is strongly recommended
