We are saddened to inform the membership of the passing of Dave Rowsell (Transportation Member) on March 8, 2026.

Please see a message below from Dave’s wife: 

Dave Rowsell (Rosie) has received his wings on Sunday, March 8, surrounded by all his loved ones.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Dave Roswell (Rosie) on Sunday, March 15, from 1 pm – 6 pm at Burlington Legion, 828 Legion Road, Burlington. 

We are saddened to inform the membership of the passing of Mari Laughlen (Props/Set Dec/Greens Member) on February 27, 2026. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 5, from 4:00pm – 7:00pm, at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket.

We are saddened to inform the membership of the passing of Peter Sutherland (Construction Member) on January 18, 2026.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 21, both on Zoom and in person. Doors open at 2PM and the service will begin around 2:30PM for an approximate 40-minute program. A Visitation will be taking place on Thursday, February 19, from 6PM – 9PM and Friday, February 20, from 1PM – 4PM, at the Ajax Crematorium & Visitation Centre – Suite A&B, 384 Finley Avenue, Ajax, L1S 2E3.

The Funeral Service is on Saturday, February 21, at 1PM, at the Ajax Crematorium & Visitation Centre – Suite A&B, 384 Finley Avenue, Ajax, L1S 2E3, with the Interment to follow at 3:30PM, at the Erskine Cemetery, 1999 Fairport Road, Pickering, L1V 4M2.
